Prep Time: 10 | Cook Time: 60-90 minutes | Ready In: 90 minutes

Cooking Process:
Add all ingredients in bowl and marinate overnight. Heat a pan with ¼ cup oil over medium high heat and carefully add chicken pieces to hot oil. Brown chicken for a few minutes and add remaining liquid into pan. Cook covered for at least 1 hour or until fork tender.

- 2 lbs. chicken thighs
- ¼ cup white vinegar (palm vinegar if possible)
- ¼ cup Aloha Shoyu
- 2-3 bay leaves
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon black pepper corns
- ¼ cup oil
